With Sandbox Rx techonlogy and as an example, users would eventually be able to use the same PC at work, update their Sandbox Rx file and upload it to a FTP server. Whent the user gets home, they would be able to download the Sandbox Rx file and work on the home PC with the same PC environment (files, folders, data, etc.) as their office PC.
HDS-Jacob, are you saying that you can save and entire OS as a file (like a VM) and then run it on an entirely different machine? Is this what you mean by ".....and work on the home PC with the same PC environment...."?

Hi carfal, we don't have the details yet on how it will work exactly but let me flag this for Nick to see if we can gain more insight.

Thanks,
Jacob

Is it still possible to be in the beta? I signed up but didn't hear anything after that.

Woah.. now This I wanna see. I currently use Sandboxie for my sandboxes and I LOVE It. How will this app compare feature wise to Sandboxie?

Perhaps I missed this, but I wanna be a beta tester. I know sandboxie is secure because I can throw any firewall test, virus, malware at it and it has always come through with flying colors. Nothing gets passed this sandbox.

How did you guys solve the problem other sandbox software companies have getting around the Kernel Patch Protection vulnerabilities in Windows 64 bit?

The problem is that a stock Windows kernel does not provide all the facilities necessary to implement a security solution such as a sandbox. This is not possible on 64-bit Windows, due to the Kernel Patch Protection feature.
