Patrick - you have several issues, which do not make any sense.

Even if your license expired, you should be able to apply your purchased PRODUCT ID and activate your existing installation of RollBack Rx.

Firstly, RollBack Rx V8.1 does not support Windows 7 at all. Are you sure that you do not have V9.1 installed? Because V8.1 was not offered when Windows 7 was released... Secondly, if RollBack Rx was re-installed onto your system, your previous snapshots would not be accessible.
I know that this advice is too little too late; but you should contact
http://support.horizondatasys.com before uninstalling Rollback Rx. Once it is uninstalled; all bets are off; as we can not access any snapshots or even retreive the log files of your installation.
