Windows Updates

Is it possible to update the baseline image of a machine with the latest windows updates, without adding all the snapshots that were taken from the time that RBRX was installed until the windows updates were installed? I hope that makes sense.

In other words, I'd like the baseline to include windows updates while keeping the snapshots that I have taken but not adding them to the baseline.
