how about...
an option to disable the popup u get after a missed scheduled task (if you've got "autorun at next logon" enabled). This gives the user a Yes/No option to run the missed task.
I mean you have the option to "prevent user from cancelling scheduled tasks" so why give them the option to cancel a
missed scheduled task - why not just run it!
