For a dual boot / multi boot PC you would only need 1 PC license. However, you would need to follow the instructions on how to install onto a multi-OS environment. You can find this information in our knowledgebase at:

BTW. The current version of Drive Vaccine does not support Windows 7. We will be providing a new build in the next couple of weeks that will support Windows 7 32 and 64 bit OS.
