1. Are you taking a lot of snapshots during the day?
2. The /defrag switch will run RB defrag. You can also run this from the UI.
3. When you do a new baseline every day, you lose all your history. I assume that is okay with you?

Just for fun, can you do a test for me? Do not run this startup process for 10 days, but continue to take snapshots. At the end, run a few tests and get the metrics. Then run the startup process described above nd run the same metrics again and post the results.

I'm not being a smart-ar*e, I genuinely want to know. There are stories that say one thing and stories that say the other, so a real metric would be nice.
