Thanks for your help. Will send this info and see what happens: in any event it,s much better now, I Have turned off via the command shieldcmd /defrag, and I follow this:
# Run command line switch "shieldcmd /defrag" (no quotes) from start/run
# Defrag your OS and File system using your own defragging utility (eg. Diskkeeper, Perfect Disk, Windows etc.)
# Run update baseline from RollBack Rx client application console -> manage baseline -> make the current system (after defragged system) as a new baselline snapsho

At the end , the pc restart , the blue screen comes on , and starts to lupdate data, But from 0 to 100% takes 30 minutes to finish!!!!!! Ar that point Windosws come over well, I chek everything , the baseline is loaded well and after this I have made another two snaps, It runs better now from some reason , and boot is much faster but I stll ignore why the baseline after use a Perfectdisk defrag. takes that long time to be done.I hope the next baseline update will be normal and fast like before to do all the steps or instructions you explain in this same forum.
