Here is what the devteam had to say about your submitted ticket:

.... it maybe caused by your mouse cursor. Please reboot your PC. Press HOME key prior to the windows bootup screen to get into the subsystem console of Rollback. please choose the 3rd option:Advanced options and then click on the System settings, enter "mouse=0" without quotation marks into the box and then exit and reboot your PC to see if it solves your problem or not.
