Angry Product Key not working

Hi. I recently purchased and downloaded Drive Cloner RX from HorizonDataSys. I purchased the Home user license, good for small network of up to 5 PC's.
I activated my first PC with the product key with no problem. When I went to activate my second PC, I get a popup stating I have exceded the maximum allowable activations?
I thought the license was for up to 5 PC's?

I submitted a support ticket but still no response. I'd really like to get this installed on my home network, which is why I purchased it.
